QiGong is a form of self-care central to Chinese Medicine and healing. 'Qi' is the essence of like, the energy that animates life. 'Gong' is a skill acquired through practice. The practice of QiGong cultivates a natural flow of Qi between you and the Universe. With the practice of QiGong, we integrate physical movement, breathing, and mindfulness. The gentle, rhythmic practice of QiGong will help you reduce stress, build stamina, and increase vitality and creativity. Like Yoga, QiGong can be practiced for maintaining good health, healing, and as a spiritual practice. We practice both seated and standing forms as well as qi self-massage and QiGong meditations.

In this series, we will learn and practice a beautiful Qigong form. We will practice Qigong in harmony with the changing seasons. In each class, we will do qi self-massage and Qigong Meditation.
10 Weeks - Tuition is $155 for the series and $18. for drop-in.
